Loan rejected

I got the following msg from HDFC bank

Congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted. Pls.quote Ref. No 16014383 for any status update- HDFC Bank. T&C Apply

But after 1 week when I enquired they told me that the loan has been rejected cos my companys profile was not satisfactory. Please help.
