Unauthorized Transaction

I have not used my HDFC Credit card on 29-12 at BLIZZARD ENT*ONL STORE US But 32, 900 INR has been charged on my card towards BLIZZARD ENT*ONL STORE US on the 29-12 to which I am not aware of. please help me in cancelling that transaction and debiting the amount back to my card.

I have already called to Customer care of HDFC bank but they have not responded sensibly on this, Please do the needulf for this.
