I Sri Niladri Ray is an A/c Holder (SB : 00081370000989) of your Stephen House Kolkata Branch.

For this quater (April-June) Bank has deducted Rs 827.25 as 'AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS APR- JUN' For maintaining Minimum balance I visited the branch, they told me to maintain 10000 Average minimum balance or make a Fixed Deposit of Rs 20000 for not debiting AQB charges. So I opned two Fixed Deposit (FD A/c 19224410000064 opened 05 Dec and FD A/c 19224410000098 opned 02 Jan) of rs 10000 each.

Now I noticed that there is a transaction on 07 Jul debiting Rs 827.25 . Is this only to take money from my a/c to HDFC'c A/c?

This is totally unfair on the part of the bank.
