SMS alerts about stock

An employee named MONA from mumbai, HDFC office, called me on my cell ; it was about the activation of their company's service called 'SMS alerts of stocks and futures'...

In reply, i affirmed that without my prior permission no steps should be taken regarding this. However, the mere teliphonic talk has been considered as my request to activate this facility n the amount of Rs.1299/-

has been deducted from my account which is quite strange.

I strongly oppose this move of the employee. Please, re-deposit the particular amount as early as possible to avoid unnecessary chaos.
