Forcing to close account

My account no is 02518330000115 in the name of MAHALAXMI TRADERS (HDFC branch - Riva House, Ring Road). My account was blocked without my conscience and hence returned two of my cheques.

As a result of which I had to face serious consequences in the trading market.

After I consulted the branch manager, he regularised my account. Though my account was regularised he is forcing me to close the account but I dont want to close the account. I asked the manager to give me in writting but he refused to do so. So i request to take action about this act which cost me my goodwill.
