Unwanted charges debited in my account

On 07th Feb in my salary account, unwanted charges debited with out prior initimation hence really suffered on this issues.

Unfortunately i had visited to Cbe branch about regarding issue. In the bank, an official had told that, in case if there is no transaction in my account, then certain charges would be levied from my account. Pls help me how to claim the same.
