HDFC bank has disgusting services.
I have my account with the hdfc bank and had been to the bank for activating the third party fund transfer service.
1.When i went for the first time i was never told that an identity proof would be required for the same. I filled up the form but that day as the bank was about to close the female there did not accept my form.
2.When i went for the second time i was told that i will require the copy of pan card or passport. As i was not having it i could not submit my form and had to return to get them.
3.The 3rd time i went i got the copy of the passport along with the form. But to my shock i was informed that orginal passprt would be required.
As i was not carrying the orginal documents my form was not accepted again.
firstly i was not provided with the correct information that was required to activate the third party fund transfer.
I already had my account with the bank. Verification of my identity with the xerox of my passport and the remaining details like my customer Id and my account number which i provided them, My I-card (of the company where i work), verifying the identity would not have been difficult.
But seems the HDFC bank officilas do not care for their customer satisfaction at all.
This is disgusting that the customer service people at HDFC bank don't care for their customer's time and are very irresponsible and negligent in providing the correct and entire information.
