BSNL Internet Connection
Unavaibility of Services

I have Internet connection (no. 2610138) through BSNL Indore. But not working since 15 Days. My Official complaint No.is 165418 Dt.1.09.09. I contacted at customer care at their Local Telephone No.2413999 on 7.09.09 at 4.15 pm, It is quiet surprised that while a company is charging for service & we are asking for it, the customer executive talkled very unresponsibly because he is not confirm whenever service will be alright, he never knows about the service responsibility for the consumer, overall we want our service uninterrupted & in the time when service is not in working the payment of that time will not to Charge.
