Egarding credit cards

I have shopping last two years hdfc credit card, shopping is 26 thousand, i have pay 25 thousand (i have proof reciept).hdcf bank 5000 thousand deceits my salary account.total pay 30 thousand.

last one year i have contact hdfc bank and said pls give me sattlement.

many many time call to bank he said ok u give me 5000 thousand your sattlement is ok.

last one year there is no responce.

one person call my home he very rough languge i am call patalia high court there have one complaint for your side.

Pls suggest me what can i do.
