Deduction of amount from my savings a/c

I tried to withdraw money from idbi atm but it didn't work and msg was transaction not successful. When i checked my statement rs 25 x 3 deducted from my hdfc savings a/c. And customer care is not at all responding to mails Please solve my problem. Thanks.
