Hard Recovery Threaten call

I am Santosh Mamgain working with airtel, one of my friend using HDFC Bank credit card 5176 5210 0890 2654, he is having some problem in payment, i don't know whats the issue, but yesterday my mother recieved the call from 01166219061 to my Ph 01204350777 and the person called using the abusing language. also given the timeline to make payment with in 24 hrs else would be any thing happen with me.
