Horrible customer service

Hi

My name is Sangeetha Reddy, my HDFC account number is 13051610008023, my customer id is 34854251,

i have too many issues with the bank and the service is not upto the mark, i am fed up of calling the customer service, which is not even free, i have spent enough money trying to get my money back.

They have deducted 551 from my account on nov 10th and i have been calling since then and no response, they give me million reasons,

i have logged the complaint twice, i cant do it anymore. Kindly respond.
