My car loan ac1627571815 has ecs loan repayment option. Due to lack of funds ecs was not cleared this month on the date.i got a call on 14-06 from bank officials regarding this. They sent their official to my home. I paid the amount along with cheque bounce charge through cash payment. I got the receipt with no;60773780.Today (17-06) again they collected the amount through ecs from my bank. I contacted the bank personnel (040-30927472 & 040-61606161 & 040 67694450). They are giving not satisfactory reply. It is highly disgusting on the part of HDFC bank-Hyderabad&-Venkata Nageswara Rao Chitrapu
