Hdfc loan segment worst people

I have registered for a hdfc personal loan on 4th june.

on 5th june itself, hdfc person came and collected the required documents.

after that i have called them daily asking the status of my loan.

Daily they used to reply the same answer. " Its in progress. will tell you soon".

After 12 days, on 16th evening 4 pm, i got a call from hdfc. asking me to submit another copy of the passbook which i have.

They also told that, if i submit it before 5 pm, i'll be getting the amount by next day. (17th) else it will take another 1 week to process.

I really dont understand what these people are doing in office?...simply sitting and processing very slowly.

They dont understand customer's urgency to get a loan.
