Credit Card Harrasment

I am holding a card which is 5243681101410622 and paid regular basis for quiet few months regularly. For the past few months i had been missing 1 cycle due date and made payment at reccession period also. Your telecaller has harased me badly from Mumbai and at Chennai. Used unparlimentary words and harrased me day and night by using false name. Your bank staff named Ramya whoes mobile number is 9381737668 told me are you beggar tell me you cannot pay. This was last month and after giving PTP continious calling was there by all sides day and night because of i had to leave my wife from operation theater. After paying also i was insulted by blocking my card, hence i am proceeding to consumer court for the same. I have lost my prestige and continious harresment has made me sick. I will not pay any further and meet all you people at court.
