FRAUD BY AGENT/BANK

SIR, Before 3 and half year my son was expired, accidently Hence, I had decided to invest Rs. one lack in his son's name. But as per the oral intimated by the agent it is not possible to invest in the name of the child, as he is minor. So, I invested in my daughter of law name but the agent said the amount will be paid after 21 years when child growth and only to my son's child and the cost of the maturity value approximately Rs.15 lacs. So, I had paid Rs. 1 lac in one time premium. But, after 1 year I received a notice for premium another 1 lac. So, I contact and totally retired person & infomed my situation but he said pay rs.10 thousand atleast three years and he said "give me a writing application so I decreased your premium" In such circumstances I m helpless and given the application and present my fund value is only Rs.55, 000/- I M about 70 years old and helpless. In such situation, What can I do?
