Serious mistake from CIBIL

I have applied a car loan from HDFC. They are holding my application as my CIBIL record is showing 2 Personal loans and eight credit cards. The fact is that I have only one credit card and I have never applied for loan in past. I am ready to give declaration from my side but they are neither giving the loan nor rejecting the application.
