Deducting money from my account which i have not withdrawn

Dear sir,

On 6th August i have withdrawl Rs.20000 from my account. But it was deducyed 25000 from account. I have already complained 2 times in your customer care. But they are saying as it was SBI ATM Branch, they asked SBI for investigating, but SBI has reported that i have withdrawledRs. 25000, whrere as i have only received Rs.20000 from the ATM.I punched the card for the fifth timefor Rs.5000 (after Rs.20000), but money did not come out from ATM Machine.

Sir, I am the customer of ICICI for the last 2 years. Rs.5000 means a big amount for me. Please check this issue as soon as possible. My name is sarbari Choudhury. My mail id is mona_chowdhuri@yahoo.co.in

I dont want to disclose my ph no and account no on net. Please resolve my problem.
