Out standing due to late fee

My name is Mr. SANJAY VITHALRAO DESHMUKH I had credit card no 4346 7710 0501 9741 From your Bank In 2007 . I paid all the dues promptly. But still in

last transaction, your bank unnecessarily charged me late fee Which i refused to

pay Which was Rs 275/&-amp; Then i found my name was in civile list, WHY? Before doing such things, you have to refer the customer's previous record of repayments whether he delayed any kind of payment...
