Harrashment

Dear Sir, I am Dipmala, Bangalore, Holding credit card of HDFC Bank. Every month i pay the minimum amount. But the collection department person named Muzamil from Kasturba road branch, bangalore calling me again and again for payment. They even harrashing to my oparents also.only monthly once i can pay as per my salary. Muzamil is talking very rude with me as well as with my parents also.

Please, do the needfull and dont harrash to my parents. Muzamil also getting personal also.
