Unwantd Calls

I am 75 years old staying in housing society in Mumbai suburbs, for past two days I am getting calls from HDFC Bank om my MTNL landline asking me to visit the neighbour and ask him to pay the Credit Card Bill. The neighbour in question is out of town still HDF bank is harassing like anything. They usually call during the afternoon time. Now I am thinking to disconnect the line. The MTNL connection was taken for my personal use nor I am on HDFC Bank Collection Team payroll. They had taken my number from the MTNL directory after checking my name in the Building name plate Now if sonething happens to me during illness as I am disconnecting the Connection because of their harassment HDFC Bank would be solely responsible for it
