Hi,

This is to apprise that I had a credit card with HDFC with card no 4346 7710 0294 3869 issued on11/03... which I holded for an year... after which I owed some money towards the card and could not pay it as I met with an accident and was bed ridden, I had promised bank that I will pay the amount in installments and which I did and I have a settlement letter for that, however between this course one of Bank representative misbehaved with me and my father and threat of giving my name to defaulter list despite I cleared the a/c and the same thing happened. I have been loyal customer to HDFC and I have a corporate A/C since last almost 6 and half years. But because of this my all loans get rejected and I am being harassed by HDFC Bank. Please assist else I will have to go to Consumer court for my rights.
