Delaying in receiving local cheques

Dear Sir,

I am Moreshwar Turkar having Credit Card 4346772002179736 paid a cheque of Punjab National Bank on 23-12-09 at 11.00am in HDFC bank but they collect payment on 29-12-09 from PNB which overdue me for Late fee & finance charges.

Why this type of delay is making to collect payment locally which requires only a day.

In the month of December I had to pay Rs 4056 against credit used and other charges, i had paid Rs 4056 on 23rd of Dec through local PNB cheques.

So, please arrange to cancel the late fees and surcharges laid on me.

Second thing is that whenever i have used credit card, you are giving SMS on my mobile number 9300832166 but in last month of December someone mis-used my credit card for booking on-line from Living Mrdia India Limited Delhi & Naaptol On line shopping Navi Mumbai, and no SMS is given on my mobile about trasaction.

I have doubts on your services and someone is behind this fraud happened on my credit card.

So, please arrange to track the person from Living Media India Limited who was handling me on 21-11 at 7.25pm on their Interface 01203009300 and take the amount back.
