Cancer Patient- Not able to repay the dues

Dear Sir,

Ref Credit card no. 4050 2820 0082 3202.

With reference to the above mentioned credit card No this is to inform you that I am using the credit card of HDFC bank since March.

Due to some financial crisis my payment was not in time. Myself detected as Chronic Myeloid Leukemia the type of Blood Cancer. I am undergoing the treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel. My Oral chemotherephy is going on and cost for the treatment is Rs.1, 50, 000/- Per month.

The Hdfc bank collection deartment person always called from Mumbai office and asked the payments, I told them my critical stroy that I could not make the payment as I can not afford my daily food and medicine due to this dieseas. Inspite of that bank collection people started shouting at me and insulting me telling it is already overdue and what i was doing from the last 12 months with my salary. He spoke very rudely in a loud voice and very insultingly. I told him that I lost my Job and spent all my money for the treatment. today I m struggling for the daily foods.

So the HDFC Bank collection department sent executive to inspect the things and collect the medical reports, as such I deliver all my medical reports and medical certificate to them. From last 8 months your collection people regularly came and collect my medical reports and promised me that the same will be resolved in few days, you need not pay the dues as special case this will resolved.

May I request you to please look into the matter & resolve this issue at your earliest.
