Non recieve of reciept

I would like to inform you that it is not through oversight that your bills have not been paid but, in fact it was due to some uncertain circumstance at the time of payment the political situation at Darjeeling district, and the harashment that come across our family, my home was totally dismantled by mob, I even had to leave my job from HDFC Standard life insurance at Darjeeling branch and till now I am jobless.

My father who use to work at D.G.H.C department even had to leave the job because of the political situation, he was victimize by the party and my mother who is a house wife could not help me to settle my dues.

Sir though I am jobless I recently gave a payment of 3500 dated 17/08 for which the bill receipt has been attached, and after I make a payment I had also asked a little time for further payment of my dues but the staff from debt management department is frequently giving harshment over phone, although I have apologised so many times for the delay but the staff from that department was very stabborn and rude against me, and not listen any thing of my sayings.

I also have little sum of money, pending of my P.F. at H.D.F.C bank limited, Darjeeling branch and which will also help me to clear my dues.
