Fraud Promotions by HDFC - Sony EMI offe

Hi

I received a mail from HDFC Bank on 11/02 stating that EMI Offer at No Extra Cost on Sony products available at selected showrooms (http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/customer_center/offers_deals/Sony_outlets.htm), They have mentioned some Terms and Conditions (http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/customer_center/offers_deals/sony_tnc.htm). So i bought one sony product from one of the outlet mentioned by them. Subsequently i called the customer care of HDFC Bank and asked them convert my transaction into EMI but they denied me the offer instead they told there will be processing charges and Financial charges applicable if i convert the transaction to EMI From HDFC bank and they told me that i should have gone for EMI Option from the merchant side itself. But they haven't mentioned this in their mail or any of their links provided by them.

I am new to EMI Options and I don't know whether i have done the mistake

Please help me in this.
