Non receipt of monthly statement

Credit card no. 4050 2820 0163 4372 - Statement not being received since January. Call centre informs that it has been delivered. Would like to have a scanned copy of the acknowledgement of having been delivered. Also, my Idea payment through SMART PAY 985030 is not being reflected in the statement since January. Can I know the reason for the same.
