Harassament by collection agents, please help urgently

Hi Sir/Mam,

I was just harrassed again by HDFC collection center Phone no.01143161520

919313562159, 911146202988, 911145758100, 911143161820. They call by changing their name, Arun calls me every time. Few years back, Somebody stolem my credit card and used it, I lodged a FIR against it, sent a copy to HDFC bank and I was/am ready to help and go everywhere for the enquiry purpose if police or Bank people want, but bank is not cooperating at all, bank did not even bother about enquiry. Bank is trying to put illegal pressure on me and trying to recover that amount from me. Bank has given this case to some collection agency and some very cheap people keeps me calling and harras me. Also they have started calling at my work. I am very much worried about this... Do I have any right to stop and raise my voice against this injustice. Please guide me or I will also have to go illegal to stop that and I don't want that as I have some faith that some rule/rights can help me... Please help
