Credit card returned

Dear Sir,

I had applied for HDFC credit card & I had message from bank that your credit card is delivered. As I am going for service early in the morning & return late night, my mother stay at my home during the day time.

It was told to me that Card is delivered through Express IT courier service & they will call you first & come to your home. But no call is received on my phone & at my residence.

Yesterday I got SMS that your card is returned. How this can happen? Is this the way to give service to your customer? Please do the needful Deliver the card immediately.

I am out of station for atleast month for company work & return in first week of May. Please call at my residence before delievery.
