Hi mt complain is abt my bank acct balance on 20 march hdfc bank put 48.000 ruppes on hold whn call there cust services to ask abt it they informed i was using the hdfc credit card in the year of 2008 till 2009 & it was the bill which i have to pay of credit card i informed then i havnt used any credit card ever in my life whn i asked abt the details of the credit card they are nt giving any info abt that credit they ask me send the mail to there credit dept whn i sent the mail to ask abt the details of that credit card they ar nt giving any info abt they just only the issue date of that credit card & the expairy date of credit card well i dntthink so these are the enough details i call there cst services more then 20 times but still havnt got any satisfactroy answer by then can u plz help abt this matter
