Harrasment and abuse by the collection Team Telecalle

Dear Sir/Madam,

HDFC Credit card Division.

Sub: Harrasment by telecaller.

This is for your kind information that I bijen Krishna Parija, holds a HDFC Credit card no:5176521005624285.I am a regular pay master.but due to loss of my job and financial constrants I am paying the minimum amount each and evey month. But there is a lady from the collection team calling from the no given below :0674-6450382 .During the payment time last month I requested to make the payment early June but she abused in vulger language to me and to my wife even she called up to my inlaws place and abused them. Then one Mr. Kunal Mishra called and said that he is named Dukhiatma and requested to make payment and I agreed to do the payment next day and I did the payment. Mr. Mishra had told me that as I kept the commitment he will definitely call me after their closing of month may and discuss for a smooth payment this month onwards. But unfrtunately he did not call back, even I called him couple of times but he didnt picked up nor bother to call back.

Now for last four five days there are calls coming from the bank to make payment, and I requested please ask Mr. Mishra to call me and then I will make the payment. But unfortunately he didnt bother to call me back, rather the same lady called me today morning and asked for the payment, but when I asked her to ask Mr. Mishra to talk to me and then I will make the payment she started abusing and calling me and threantend that she will call me continuously and disturb me that no incoming calls I can receive.

Being a regular payer of outstanding this kind of beaviour from the people of HDFC bank is not at all acceptable.

Please take it seriously and make necessary arrangement.
