Misuse of credit card

Hi

On sunday (25/07) has someone misuse my HDFC Credit card detail on internet for shopping of more than 1 lakh amount.

on same moment i had block the credit card and as per customer care also submit the charge dispute form via email but still they are not acknowldge that they have recived it or not.

Even they are not helping me on this issue just say that it will took 7 days for investinagtion.

i had told him to stop the payement even they are not doing this.
