Settlement

I have got a phone call from delhi aperson called and said i m calling from delhi court ur file regarding ur credit card dues which is Rs21000 (while the principal was 3000, and i paid amount Rs500 for about 20 months) i m going to issue warrant please call upon Ms Ria Banerjee to settle ur account and inform me, I called Ms Ria and she told me to deposit Rs 6000 to settle my account I deposited it to the same date and inform her she assured me of providing letter of settlement and noc within 2 days but yet after 22 days I haven't get ANY PAPER and when I call her again She didn't pick up the phone I call to customer care at chandigarh they said their is no information regarding ur solution. I m shocked and feeling very much cheated.
