Undue collection of dues

Inspite of receiveing a settlement letter of 1 lakh in September ans making my payments every month the credit card company have again started harrassing me for payemnts and resending my credit card statements with additional charges like finance charges every month.

I have all the dues and my account has been settled and wehn they rign up we ask them for a statement of the payments made they dont acknowledge the payments.

Please help me as i have a handicapped son and a single mother struggling with the only job to feed and provide for my sons treatment if they keep threatening me and actually hold my account my son and myself will be on the streets.
