Blocking of account without informing

I did not paid my card payment for 3 months due to some issues... but when i made people understand tht i will pay my amount they first shouted on me after tht they forced me to deposit a sum of 10k any how.. i managed n deposited in my savings accounts within 2 days my HDFC saving account was blocked without informing. The amount which i deposited in HDFC account was for payment of credit card.. i called up branch in Vadodara i got aarti online over ther... first she was not able to understand my question, second she was arguing with me. Third she said the amount has been blocked n u will be charged 15 days more interest .. so i dont understand is tht bank manking mony in Such a way.. tht first ask customer to deposit the amount in bank an after tht block it n earn interest on it...

i have an account with SBI but never face such bad experiance... its against Indian Culture... arguing... i strongly say if HDFC has to do business in India their Employees on Phone Should MIND Their Language... (aarti from Vadodara branch)
