I had an outstanding & have been paying regularly from last 18 months regularly... at times it has been late for a week or so but have never denied paying the outstanding, This time i.e, for the month of March'2011 my min amount due was delayed of Rs. 7900/- the executive call me & I agreed to give a PDC as the money was expected. Since the executive had to call me 3 -4 times she was frustaded & started talking to me very very RUDELY & said " AGAR AAP PAY NAHI KAR SAKTE THE TO APNE SPEND HI KYUN KIYA" means that if you could not pay on time why did u spend, when i have not denied the payment why use such langauge, secondly her senior HASHIM MOHAMMED the so called manager instead of asking the executive to apologise says... " INKA CARD SUSPENSION MEIN DAL DO... TUMKO 15 DIN MEIN PAYMENT KARNA PADEGA"... meaning put his card to suspension & let him pay the full amount in 15 days... HASHIM MOHAMMED was very rude & tried to put mental pressure on me to make the payment in 15 days, he threatened me & said you will have to PAY in CASH immediately...

KINDLY LOOKINTO THE SAME & AS HASHIM MOHAMMED TO APOLOGISE & WARN NTO TO TREAT THE CUSOTMERS THIS WAY... HE COULD HAVE CHECKED MY PREVIOUS RECORED 7 THEN SPOKEN TO ME... HE ALSO THREATNED ME THAT HE CAN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT & CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE ONLINE, ... MEANING NO PRIVACY TO MY ACCOUNT, ...

i NEED ANSWERS TO THIS... & APOLOGY FROM HASHIM MOHAMMED...
