CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT

Dear sir,

I was holding HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD FROM LAST 3 years but from last 5 months i was not using my card & talk to customer care regarding settlement of my credit card.

Bank executive talk to me & settled my card at amount 29, 900 on date 15.02. But he not give me settlement letter & take 2 installment of Rs. 3656 & 4160 FROM ME.

When i talk to bank in this month they ask me that there is no such settlement done by them & they put my name in CIBIL & IF i want to remove my name from CIBIL then i have to pay total outstanding amount due which was around 42, 000 RS.

Please tell me what i do as i want to remove my name from CIBIL.
