HDFC Credit Card
No proper Secuity to custome

I got a gold credit card before 3 days for proving the card bank take 3 months and 6 time verification beside

i have hdfc account and my company NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE Provide full surety

they need their full security from customer but i complaint 4 time that some body is using my credit number beside my credit card with me. Executive not of hdfc not gave me proper response

they advised me to close the account if i not feel my self secure in hdfc rather than how i can make my self make credit card safe. How can hdfc application access their database directly without authenticate

the user i think that is worst thing in banking system

Now i want to trace the name and details of that guy who had did this illegal act .please do quick action on it otherwise i will knock the gate of consumer court that i am feeling with hdfc service
