Mis guide & mis info for selling credit card

Dear sir,

when i received call from A.R.Credit & finance (on behalf of HDFC credit card) for credit card selling, he told me, you will get 5% discount on every shopping and fuel surcharge wave of for filling more than RS.400 at a time and i applied only bcoz of feature of 5%disc. on every shopping, & he (rohan from A.R.credit & fin.)told me that before sending cr.card, HDFC will send a mail (mentioning these feature) to me & after my reply as ok hdfc will send card but i receivd card in 5 days, no mail received from HDFC where i could confirm my all features of credit card mentioned by Rohan (sales exe.from A.R. credit finance) and Shruti (varification officer from A.R.credit & finance co. on behalf of HDFC).
