Sub: Leavy of Finance Charge & Late Fee.

Dear Sir,

I am regular user of Card no.4346781010511434. I have received a monthly statement for the m/o July dt.21-08-11.In this billRs.923.00 is levied against finance charges & Rs.500/- late fee unnecessarily. I have deposited cheque always before 5th days of due date. But finance charge is levied. When I contact with your costomer care centre Iwas told that your Date of Birth is not match. So enquiry is not possible.

This is totally harassment by your bank. I was told that send proff of D.O Bby post.

Finally I am not going pay any other charges except purchase.

I hope that you will go through my grievances sympathetically and revert the charge whichover I can pay actual amount.
