Cheating in the name of HDFC CREDIT CARD!!!

Dear Friends,

Please share a 2 minute time to read this and save your money before taking HDFC credit card…

I applied for a HDFC credit card before 1 month after saw the advertisement of HDFC bank that it is a LIFE TIME FREE CARD. I got a Titanitum card and after 5 days I got an SMS saying that you are charged for Rs. 275/-. I approached the Technopark branch to enquire about this and in parallelly I raised a complaint in the customer care. At that time, they requested me to wait for 3 days to get this resolved. After 3 days, again requested to wait for another 15 days…

Several times, I needed to visit the bank regarding this issue and approached several senior officers. Agian they requested me to pay the amount first and then apply for the reimbursement. I refused to do so. Because “It is a clear case of cheating” from the bank side, I replied.

Still the charged amount is due and I not yet received any resolution messages from the bank. Now I don’t know what are the “RED TAPES” I need to cross for this getting this issue ressolve.
