HDFC Credit Card Fraud and Abuse
Abusive Nature-Intensive

HDFC Bank is really pathetic in Service. First they fool you by giving false information. My Card was over due and Sahil from HDFC asked me to deposit 10000 rs. that will make my card active as after this payment, he will put a request for interest charges to be waived of so that my card can come under limit and I would be able to start the same. But this ws complete fraud. They got the money and that exectuive never picked my call again. later I was told that my card ewas permanantly suspended. I was shocked. Since i am travelling abroad and settling abroad, I asked Sahil to get me a Settlement and gave him the date for 25th to get the funds from me. He instead Pushed asking fr funds to be given by 10th only as he told that he would get my settlement done in half price. He wanted a share out of this as well. But i knew he has already cheated me once before. I told him that I will give him the cash payent on 25th or he can collect a PDC, but instead he called my mother and abused her real bad. And when I called back. He started abusing me like anything. He started using so bad words, no one can even imagine. He used abusive language for mother and sister and was higly abusive and started harrasing and threatening to kill. I have everything recorded in my phone and i am taking it to the Police. please suggest me what actions need to be taken
