Cannot apply again

Hi sir,

to be very honest i applied for i got the card, 4346772001498665, from i used and paid back, but if if i require again the bank is refusing after several time requesting to bank, i requsted several times to credit officer he is refusing as i am saying there will no issue in future, if no card issue i will kill myself finally by petrol.
