Late fees

Dear sir,

This regarding the late fees charged to my credit card. Until and unless we do not recieve the statements (Soft copy or hard copy) we would never understand what are the payments due to us. AND ONE MORE THING - THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, BEFORE ALSO I HAVE COMPLAINED FOR THIS. My card no is 4346781007814791.

I have never been into late payments and have also paid before the due date.
