HDFC Credit Card
Alredy settelment done but put me in civil

Dear Sir,

My name is Rizwan Sayyed, Credit card number 4346772007014615 We have HDFC Bank Salary account around 2009 we take HDFC Bank credit card and after that we setteld my card of Rs 21000/- by Mr..Rinku (9271383858) he had settel my card and give me some EMI facility for paid the said amount.

We agree the same and continue pay the EMI amount by cash but after some days back HDFC bank withput my concern hold my salry around 8000/- from my HDFC bank saving account.

When we inquired regarding the same then customer care confirm me your 8000/- rupee hold for caredit card payment we contact to many credit card officer in HDFC bank and finaly we reach andheri east office in the same office Mr Deepak (9004544671) meet me and listen my hole story reagrding credit card and he assure me we stteld your card within a week he sttel my card also but he put me in CIVIL as a defaulter now we want to justice for the same when we pay all my settel amount 21000/- then what is the reason put me in civil.

Hence we request to you kindly take action and give me justice from HDFC Bank. we don't have any confirmation for settelment of card whenever i contact to Deepak he said we call you and confirm you later. but the fullish guy on day and five mini not come yet. please give me justice.
