HDFC CREDIT CARDS
Being a defaulter even after paid the debt

I was an HDFC card holder 4 years before. Due to my financial problem i couldnt made the payments in time.

Later I was approched by one HDFC key official Mr. Manjunathan from Tiruvanmiyur Branch, and he has promised me that if I paid Rs.10, 000/- all my debts will be cleared. (my total card value is Rs.15, 000/-) I've trusted them and paid the said amount. I was not aware of the NOC letter or any kind of settlement clearance certificate (which was not even informed by the employee) at the time of settlement.

Recently I came to knew that my name is included in the defaulters list.

I was became victim in this banking trap.

I write a mail to HDFC grievances today and waiting for the reply. Hope everything will sort out soon.
