Original sale deed document (1st part) given to previous owne

I purchased a flat from Khandu during June. Khandu was having loan from HDFC, Parel Branch. My loan was passed from HDFC, Kalyan Branch. It was the understanding that balance loan of Khandu will be adjusted from my loan and balance amount is given to Khandu. All transactions are over and I am staying in that apartment. Now I completed my loan in the year 2008. Whan I approached HDFC Home Finance, Kalyan branch they started giving different different excuses as the paper has not come from Parel branch etc. etc. we have sent message for sending the document to Kalyan Branch. I really got fed up and gave some more time to them to bring the document. When I pressurised them on this, the new person in their Kalyan branch finally said as the document is issued to Khandu (by mistake) during August! This is a big mistake done by HDFC Home Finance Co. Ltd as they had no business with Khandu when I paid for the flat. Now I am repeatedly following up with HDFC for getting the document. They cheated me and also kept this as secret for 2 years.!! Any help possible?
