Loan approved but not installment paid

I have apply HDFC Home Loan, Bareilly, He approved my loan and said to me that you can start your project. After complete the first stage he said we will gave you cheque after two or four days. But four days he said to me that there is no legal opinion in your file while Mr. Vijay told me that we get legal report, I gave all documents to the legal adviser Mr. Amitabh Bhanj, He told me that there is no khasra no. in your registry while I gave all supporting documents related it. like chain of registry last years & before 20 years old registry sale permission of that persons. It seem that he is nonsence person. So I returns all papers from HDFC HOME LOAN from Bareilly But he did not returns my processing fees and legal adviser fees
