Reefusing to return my doc.& trying to collect the money without sanctioning loan

I have applied a home loan in HDFC- through an executive, to purchase a flat in Chennai. I have given all the financial documents along with a chequeRs.8000/ for their processing fees (1% processing fee) as per executive’s request. At the same time he given the assurance that after signed the sanctioning letter they will put the cheque for collection, and he added that when they will go for collection the will confirm the money availability in my A/C.

In this stage after a 15 days because of my personal issues I cancelled my loan progress and I have sent a mail to the hdfc executive, on 9 th of October but After received my cancellation mail they put my cheque for collection on 13 th of October.

From that day onwards I am asking return my documents and my cheque to me, but every time they are saying that auditing is going on, so after auditing they will return. But from today onwards they mahalakshmi (HDFC Call centre) saying that they will not return my cheque at any cost. They refused to send even a single mail to me.

So they (HDFC Home loan) is cheating meby

1.Without sanctioned the loan they tried to collect my money)

2.They refuse to give me back my original cheque.

3. After cancelled my loan progress they tried to collect my money.

4.Executives lied a lot to get a customer.
