Ejection of file on cibil report

I applied for the home loan. hdfc reports me that i do have a loan of bank of rs.5 lac, according cibil report control no. 438928471 which i have never taken. interesting repayment is also being made. Question is this if cibil makes a fault why a person is punished who is clear. i shall be thankful if these wrong informations are deleted.
